Pick-Up

When the customer arrives onsite, look them up under the relevant location. You can look them up by their name or member number, if they know it.
Click “Fulfill order” to get the invoice/picklist and print it. Gather the customer’s items and then click their member number and go to “Shopper checkout”

Using your scanner, scan each QR code or UPC on each item. Each line should turn green as the items are scanned.
If you’ve grabbed the incorrect item, the scanner will sound an error noise and the item will not be checked out. Confirm the item by matching the number: common mix ups involve slightly different varieties of the same item, like 2 different sized bags of carrots for example. Scan the correct item.
The software will also alert if you accidentally scan an item more times than the order calls for.
Once all the correct items have been scanned, the software will generate a distinct chime to indicate all items have been picked. Hit “Save” to move forward.
If the customer isn’t adding anything from the onsite retail selection, write the balance amount on the customer order sheet and process their payment (if paying by PayPal via the website, just write PayPal on the invoice). If they are buying something extra, follow the instructions in the next section before printing the invoice and taking their payment.
Be sure to write the full balance amount on the invoice to cover any outstanding balance from the previous cycle, additional fees (like membership renewal), etc. The only exception to this might be if you know the customer has already paid the balance (last-minute purchase after they’ve paid, etc).
