Certain things (like inventory) should not be done until after the distribution window has closed. ## **Inventory** Most of the time, inventory is handled by the producers themselves, occasionally co-ordinating with staff on things like on-site offerings. But in some cases, you may find yourself doing inventory either for things the food-hub sells themselves or in the case of managed inventory– products the food-hub manages on behalf of a producer. In those cases, you may find yourself needing to add products or update quantities available.
