Onsite Sales
If the food-hub has an option for onsite inventory, the software allows you to check these items out regardless of the status of the shopping cycle. Go to the On-Site tab and click On-Site Cart. This will allow you to scan items by QR or UPC code. Scan all the items and then hit Save.
Note: On site sales and inventory are separate from web sales and inventory.

Complete a member search to find the customer, then click “Associate with on-site cart”.


Now that the cart has been associated with the correct member, give them the total and click checkout. This page is particularly handy if the customer has questions about the fee breakdown.

Print this out and after you take payment, attach the check, receipt or note that it’s been paid in PayPal to the invoice and file for the accountant.
Pack the consumer’s items. Always encourage customers to bring their own bags!
If the consumer is not a member, that’s alright! The software can still process their transaction.Take this opportunity to educate on the benefits of membership, if the customer seems amenable.
