The Software

You’ll have a staff log-in to use (or your member account might be enabled with staff privileges, depending on admin preferences). Either of these will show you all the tools you’ll need to facilitate order distribution and pick-up and to assist members by looking up their information.

Member Admin: An easy way to look up member information, allowing you to search and filter by member number, business name (if they’re producer members), name and basic residential information. You can add additional filters if you need specific information. Staff can also impersonate members in order to make changes on their behalf.
Producer Admin: Allows you to look up producer information and gives you the ability to impersonate the member if you need to access or change producer-specific information.
Distribution: Covers tasks for the distribution part of the shopping cycle.
Accounting: This tab gives you the ability to track sales, look up specific transactions and generate sales reports.
On-site: Shows you managed inventory, which are items which the IFC manages on behalf of select producers. Also gives you access to the onsite catalog and the tools for checking out customers purchasing from the on-site inventory. It will also allow you to see a transaction history for items checked out with the On-Site Cart tool.
