# Looking up Customer Info
If you need to look up information about or for a member, you can find that information under Member Admin. There’s a column of member stats that can give quick access if you need to look up a group of members that meet certain criteria. But mostly, you’ll be using the Member Search function.
You can look up members by their ID number, first and/or last name. You could also do bulk look-ups of all members in a given area using the city, state or zip code look-ups.
If you want to change any of the member’s information, you can click impersonate and then make changes. Just make sure you hit “stop impersonating” when you’re done.
You can look up shopper’s invoices and transaction records, should they need them. It’s good to remind members that they have access to all their transaction records, as a paper-saving alternative to tape receipts.
